- Theme: Continuing its series of maritime conferences, Yacht Club de Monaco is pleased to invite members to a dinner with Hélène Hébert, Research Director at the CEA (French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission).An engineer, Ph.D. in geophysics, and tsunami specialist, she will draw on her twenty years of experience studying these phenomena, from the Pacific to the Mediterranean, to share the latest scientific advancements and critical challenges in prevention and preparedness.
